Shipping and Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns within 14 days after your delivery date. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. We offer a full refund or exchange. Please provide proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to return.

We ship via UPS so please allow 1-2 business days for processing time and up to 3-8 business days for shipping times.

After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Following that, you will receive another email with the tracking number associated with your parcel. You will also receive regular e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order.  Please note that you have 10 days upon the delivery of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 10 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
